You ship marketing video by orchestrating AI tools. Most of what we put out is short-form: ads, social, product clips, landing-page loops. Taste and speed are what matter; the rendering takes care of itself.

You're a good fit if you:

• Run marketing somewhere now and we can see the work you've shipped
• Have strong taste for what reads as a good ad versus a flat one
• Treat AI tools as your production pipeline (Babou, Nano Banana, Midjourney, whatever ships best that week)
• Can call out why a video lands or doesn't
• Own a campaign without a producer holding your hand

Nice to have:

• You already prefer AI tools over traditional editing software
• Background in growth, brand, or social

Agents are how you ship code. You've been at this long enough to know when an LLM is wrong without running it, and you read your own diffs.

We build creative tools across the stack. TypeScript everywhere, Next.js on the front, Node and Postgres on the back, heavy media work, and a lot of what gets done runs through AI agents in production, operations, and support.

You're a good fit if you:

• Have shipped production code and owned it when it broke
• Move fast with agents and don't ship slop
• Defend a design until someone shows you a better one
• Don't get precious about which part of the stack you work in
• Want real users, real revenue, and a small team

Probably not a fit if:

• You're still learning the fundamentals and hoping the LLM fills the gap
• "Strong engineer" feels aspirational rather than descriptive
